Sarakatsani is the strongest ethnic Greek population group, including the traditionally migratory shepherds who are indigenous to Greece and historically settled around the Pindus Mountains, although some of them are also found in southern Bulgaria and Skopja.They meet in the mountains to maintain their traditions and relationships.
